Returns Policy
Express Building Supplies Returns Policy

Express Building Supplies has a specific returns policy upon any products purchased via our website www.expressbuildingsupplies.co.uk.
Products will only be refunded if it remains in the original condition upon it was delivered to the delivery address.
If the product was delivered to the customer then the customer is liable to fulfil a collection fee of the product or products being returned.
If the product was ordered online and picked up from the store then the customer has to ensure complete packaging is intact and that the product is unused. The customer is responsible to return the product to the EBS site within 28 days. Beyond this the customer is not entitled to a refund after this period however you will be issued a credit note in the full value of your purchase.
Express Building Supplies holds the right to reject a refund on any product purchased on the EBS website.
