Do you sell sustainable timber? We only use Forest Companies where products are manufactured from raw materials grown in responsibly managed forests. We source timber from Scandinavia from companies who are FSC Certified (Forest Stewardship Council), PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) and Energy Management Systems certified.

Do you stock dried timber? Yes, RELAX drying technique has been used on all our timber products with a target moisture content of 14 percent or lower.

Do you have a storing facility? Yes, we have a huge storage holding facility in Romford Essex.

Can I return an item? Yes, we are happy to accept returns within 48hrs providing the item is in the same condition as at the point of sale.
